Prices can be astonishing: think £150 melons, £15 strawberries, and more. For this tasting, I’ll be spending around £500 on fruit to bring you the full experience.
Please don’t expect a feast… you’ll likely get one grape, one strawberry, a slice of melon, and similar etc but each bite is a perfect example of Japan’s dedication to quality and presentation. This tasting is about experiencing these rare flavours in a way few get to outside of Japan.
