Over the past three years, Birmingham Sake Club has introduced a bunch of people to the world of Japanese sake through tastings, pairings, and plenty of unusual ideas along the way.
For this special birthday gathering, we’ll be opening a wide selection of bottles, sharing some food, and celebrating another year of sake in Birmingham with the people who made it possible.
