Sam has finally gone and got himself a qualification in cheese, so naturally there’s only one thing to do: put him to the test.
For this special evening, we’ll be exploring the surprisingly brilliant relationship between sake and cheese, tasting a selection of cheeses alongside some carefully chosen bottles and seeing just how well Sam’s new-found cheese knowledge holds up.
